Quotes and securing your date
Quotes are based on the information supplied about the event, venue, timings, equipment, travel and staffing. A booking is not secured until CSH Audio confirms acceptance and receives the stated 20% booking fee. This fee secures your event date and is deducted from the total balance shown on your invoice.
Remaining balance
The remaining balance must be paid before the event by the date and method shown on the invoice and in the full Terms & Conditions.
Changes and cancellation
Tell us promptly if your venue, timings, guest numbers, performers or technical requirements change. Changes may affect the equipment required and the quotation. Customer cancellation and any cancellation by CSH Audio are handled in accordance with the full Terms & Conditions provided for the booking.
Venue, access and power
The customer must provide accurate venue information and suitable, safe access for setup and packing away. Suitable power, weather protection for outdoor events, reasonable setup time and any necessary venue permissions or licences must be available as agreed.
Equipment and responsibility
All hired equipment remains the property of CSH Audio. It must not be moved, altered or used outside the agreed purpose without permission. The customer may be responsible for loss or damage caused during the hire, subject to the full Terms & Conditions.
Playback devices and sound limits
Customers using their own phone, tablet, laptop, controller or other playback equipment are responsible for its operation, content and compatibility. Venue sound limits and instructions from venue staff or relevant authorities must be followed.
Safety and live sound
CSH Audio may adjust, isolate or stop equipment where reasonably necessary for safety, equipment protection or compliance with venue requirements. Bands and performers should provide an accurate technical rider early enough for suitable equipment and staffing to be planned.
